With its charming dining rooms and a seasonal gourmet menu, The Bird & Bottle Inn is a favorite destination for those seeking a unique dining experience. The Inn is open for dinner Thursdays through Sundays and serves a Champagne Brunch on Sundays. Diners have a choice of seating in several dining rooms, each with its own special character and ambiance.
Executive chef Douglas Gardner, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, puts his own creative twist on traditional dishes. Every dish he prepares uses the highest-quality ingredients, including many that are grown and produced in the Hudson Valley region.
The Bird & Bottle also offers an extensive list of award-winning wines from around the world and has received an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator for 2009 and 2010.
